 Olympus High School Class of 1967 - Latest News 06-26-2016 - Classmate Earl Beckstead passed away June 20, 2016 Earl Hansen Beckstead Earl Hansen Beckstead came into this world on June 20, 1949 to June (Hansen) and Lloyd Beckstead in Preston, ID. Surrounded by his family he left this world on June 20, 2016 from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident. Earl enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life including skiing, archery, trap shooting, golfing, woodworking, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, an obsession with YouTube and making friends wherever he went. He was preceded in death by his parents June and Lloyd and brother Mark Beckstead. He is survived by his soul mate Shelley, his siblings Adrienne (Russell) Cundick, Mike (Donna), Karen Busby and Bobby. His children Chris (Amy), Buffy (Chris) Lamb, Jorja (Jeremy) Hailey, Megan (Jeff) Taylor, Clate (Jenny) Broadhead, Kira (Justin)Loretz, Clint (Megan) Broadhead and 16 grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held June 26 at 2 P.M. at Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 South 2200 West, Riverton. In lieu of flowers an account has been set up for the family with Wells Fargo.
