A wonderful son, husband, dad, grandpa, uncle and friend, Brad Loveland, passed away suddenly Friday, February 25, 2011. Dad was born February 9, 1949 to loving parents McKay Milton and Gwen Pugmire Loveland. He was very close to his siblings: Kathryn Harward, Jerrilyn (Brent) Jensen and Jeffery (Susan) Loveland. He married his high school sweetheart, Falene Larsen, July 2, 1969. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple March 25, 1971. They were blessed with four wonderful children: Cindy (Diego) Coronel, Tammy (Jay) LaRocco, Ryan (Emily) Loveland and Kevin Loveland, and 12 adorable grandchildren. Our fondest memories of Dad were camping, water skiing, hunting, four-wheeling, fishing and playing games together as a family. Dad could entertain us for hours with his jokes and stories; he wittingly gave everyone silly nicknames. A loving, thoughtful, and generous man, he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he served in many positions. He also served his country in the Armed Forces. Dad was preceded in death by his father McKay M. Loveland. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. There will be a viewing an hour before the service at the Olympus 1st Ward located at 4100 S. Camille Dr. (2480 E), Salt Lake City, Utah. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening March 2, 2011 from 6:00 8:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial located at 3401 Highland Drive. "We'll miss you Dad!"
